Each family in the congregation decides for itself whether it wants the app. A family that wants it subscribes at $5 a month or $50 a year and gets everything, including the church's songs for Sunday, the daily singing plan, and the full hymnal library. Church subscription
The church gives every household unlimited use and only ever pays for the ones that sing. On the 1st of each month you receive a report and are billed $5 for each household that actively used the app the previous month. Active means multiple meaningful song interactions through the month, so you never pay for a household that did not use it, and if nobody uses it the invoice is $0. Families never see a paywall.
Take your number of households and multiply by $5; that is the most a month can ever be. Churches typically see 30 to 40% of households active at the start, so the real number lands well under it.
